Dookie Art Attack is a well recognised three day art retreat. You choose one tutor to spend three days with, and consequently at the end of the three days your skill base is greatly enhanced in your chosen medium. Whether that be watercolour, oils, acrylics, pastel, drawing nature with pencils or choosing to simply explore your creative side, your time away from everyday pressures will ensure a learning experience to remember.
Beginner Artists
Dookie Art Attack caters for the total beginner artist lover to the more advanced level of artist. Our tutors are some of Australia's most professional artists. Their skills are recognised world wide. By spending three days with the tutors plus the other folk in the class your skill base takes on a new level.
We welcome people who have not painted since school days also.
Make New Friends
Dookie Campus is set in an idyllic environment, where enjoyable meals are catered for, accommodation, if required is in single heated rooms, basic but comfortable, in a dormitory style. Fun times are had at night when we are all together, even spending time with the tutors over a drink and activities. New friends are made with people of the same interest. This year some classes are two days only but a one day class is on offer also.
Plein Air Painting
Grant yourself permission to retreat into a creative world for three days, leaving those domestic duties or chores behind. The Dookie Campus has some great areas for Plein Air painting enjoyed by the classes where suitable, and weather permitting.
